Dr. Sara Diana Garduno Diaz

Sara is a renowned academic, she worked as an Assistant Professor at the American University of the Middle East, where she lectured in nutrition and biology while continuing her research on dietary patterns.

She has a Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.

Christine Richardson, PhD

Christine received her Ph.D in nutritional Biology from the University of California.

Her dissertation project was an intermittent fasting study in competitive runners. This is where she learned about the physiological changes that occur during fasting and how this leads to various benefits.
